The team also needed to adjust its approach to ticket memberships in response to shifting consumer expectations in the on-demand economy.
A Simple Solution that Incentivizes Engagement
TurnStyle made it possible for the team to offer the 60th Anniversary Mets Flex Pack, which allows fans to build a customized membership by choosing a minimum of six games from the full home schedule. By choosing more games, fans also get to choose more exclusive rewards, such as stadium tours, parking passes, seat upgrades and on-field catch sessions. The frictionless purchase flow moves fans through the process quickly and effortlessly so they can devote their attention to planning the perfect day at the ballpark.
Customizable Offers: a Hit with the Fans
The majority of Flex Pack buyers chose plans that added more games and more benefits than the six-game minimum, and the highest percentage of purchasers upgraded to at least the third tier of the plan, with nine or more games and three or more benefits attached. Additionally, TurnStyle’s performance dashboards visualized the most popular benefits selected by fans, providing the Mets actionable intelligence for future incentives.
